Over 300 people already increased their employability or entrepreneurship chances, due to SYSLAB Centres – apply now!

Over 300 people - qualified unemployed, recent graduates and returning migrants - already benefitted from the services of the five SYSLAB Career Development Centres in Chisinau, Balti, Cahul, Comrat and Rezina, after which they were finally employed in the labour market or became entrepreneurs - and this number is continuously increasing.

Within the centres, participants receive training and individual consultations in the framework of SYSLAB methodology, developed by SYSLAB International AS from Norway, which combines team work, advice and professional training, promotion of entrepreneurship and establishment of partnership networks between employers and potential employees.

The Centres operate within the "Innovative entrepreneurship for sustainable employment" project implemented by the United National Development Programme in Moldova (UNDP) with the support of SYSLAB International, the Ministry of External Affairs of Norway and Embassy of the United Kingdom in Moldova.

The four months of courses in SYSLAB centres offer the possibility to develop skills and competencies such as drafting a CV, successful employment interview, negotiations, development of a business plan etc.
